Refund & Cancellation Policy Digital Services & Products Due to the intellectual, labor-intensive, and non-returnable nature of our digital marketing services, store setups, and digital consulting, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced or digital assets have been delivered. Cancellations Monthly Retainers: For ongoing services (e.g., ad management), clients may cancel their subscription by providing a 30-day written notice to legal@aureliquora.com. You will be billed for the final 30 days of service. One-Time Projects: If a client chooses to terminate a one-time project before completion, any deposits paid are non-refundable to cover the labor already executed. If you have any issues with your delivered digital service, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to revise the deliverables according to the original scope of work.
